Brenda Floyed In and out very fast and I love the way my nails look. The owners, Sonny and his wife are very talented and friendly. There are many services available and they keep up with all new trends. I usually make an appointment but walk ins are welcomed.

Lauren Wilkins Ive been going to Nice Nails for years. I dont live in Beaumont anymore, so Im unable to go as often as Id like. When I do visit, Im never disappointed. On arrival, the building doesnt look very inviting. The inside is clean but outdated. They more than make up for it in their customer service and expertise. Their pedicures are the best pedicures in SETX. I never feel rushed and its never very crowded. Best nail salon in the area.

Kris This was my first visit, and I wasnt happy enough with the service to go back. The good news: I was seen in a decent amount of time and the staff was nice enough. Now the bad: I always ask for the smallest of their services on the first visit because if they cant do a good job on that I didnt waste much money. Also it shows me the companies focus i.e. money not customer satisfaction. I had gel polished removed and regular polished replaced. It was rushed and two nails have dents. I made sure to dry for an appropriate amount of time.

Kasci Toups Got my nails done here and they’re the best nails I’ve had done in SO long. They actually cleaned up my cuticles and made sure the lengths matched on both hands. Overall just an excellent job. Will be returning. I have no idea how they aren’t closer to 5 stars for an overall rating.

Jhaneil Brown My first time here was 01/24 & I had Ms. Tracy who gave me a 5 star pedicure! The second time I came was 02/24 & Tracy wasn’t there so, I got two other ladies who gave me a mani-pedi. My manicure was really great and lasted for over 3 weeks which was honestly the first time I’ve ever had all 10 of my nails stay on! I was so excited to post a before & after so I could rave about this place but I didn’t receive the same nail tech when I went yesterday 02/21/24. I got a different tech who asked me if I got my nails done there. I said yes & he made a weird comment about the shape of my nails and why I didn’t speak up about it. I told him I understand that everyone works different & I liked my nails. Typically I don’t complain but I figured I would take the advice & speak up. I didn’t like was how he rushed my fill in, left my nails shaped even worst & didn’t even offer me a drink considering how long I waited even though I was told there would be availability.

Adela Zyla I was seated right away as soon as I came in and was satisfied with my visit to this nail salon. The staff was nice and the lady who took care of me did a really good job. Their Ya Yang nail polish remover burned my skin in the beginning but other than that everything went well. Clean and nice salon overall.

Karen Herrera All of the ladies at D n D are amazing! Bella and Tracy helped me today and they did an amazing job! I love my nails and pedi! Every one is so nice an and they also have refreshments. I’ve been going there for 3 years and will continue ♥️

J Johns Showed the stylists the nails I wanted for myself and my kid. My nails were $65 and they are poorly shaped and uneven. The French tips are uneven as well. My daughters nails were nowhere near the design wanted and wanted to charge $50 when it should’ve been $35 because they put acrylic on her nails even I said no. $115 is not worth the poor service done.

Jamileth Williams The workers were nice but the nails are done horribly. This is what my nails looked like after she fixed them. You can even see my previous nail polish on some nails. They look worse than press on nails.

Cathy Savage I have been coming here for years and dealt with just about everyone in here and maybe I could count on one hand if I had any issues. If I did they corrected it right away. My go to person is Amy and my moms is Cathy. Both are fabulous and very caring.

Tyree Saunders Amy has been doing my nails and toes for several years. I get compliments on them all the time. She does a fantastic job every time and I would recommend her and her shop to everyone. It’s quiet, clean, great pedicure chairs and great service always!!

Tammy Hebert Every single time I come to this nail salon it’s an issue with a simple service such as waxing eyebrows. They close before the time stated on the door. The wax lady is hardly ever there yet the service is listed as if they provide it at all times. They are lazy asl at this spot. Today was my last time trying to go there.

Tina Weindel (Review 3 years ago)The only place I trust for a pedicure. I drive 30 miles to come here. You can have a water, soda, or wine while your there. They have brand new massage chairs that you sit in for your pedicure. Update : 5/5/2021 ...still an awesome place. It has been a year since I had a pedicure. The lady did a wonderful job on my feet. Very relaxing.

Tonya Threadgill I went there one day over a year ago and I got a pedicure and even tho it was ok it wasnt the mind I wanted. They also didnt scrub my feet long enough. The man who worked on my feet was very rude and acted like I had spit in his face when I was nothing but polite. I gsve a decent tip even though I shouldnt have since they did a dreadful job on my feet. All I can say is I will not return

Amanda Ford The worse place I’ve ever been to for nails. I was supposed to get glitter acrylic coffin shaped nails and I got glitter polish full set different shapes and lengths for $40 they look nothing like pic I showed them. They were so thick on the ends It looked horrible and was hard to shape or do anything with them. When I told them I was unhappy they did not offer to lower the price or anything other than me sit even longer to redo them. We got there at 2 and didn’t get out until almost 7 and she wanted me to sit longer.! I took my 3 girls for ones birthday so we could have a relaxing spa day and I even told them that and all the did was put some polish on the girls and might I add ALL DESIGNS INCLUDING LINES ARE HORRIBLE. they didn’t even wash the dirt out from under their nails, no manicure, no nothing. I could of done a better job at home for free. The girls were sad and I was pissed I spent $60 for ugly nails we had to live with and I still had to go home and redo the girls nails because they hated them.

Morgan wilks this place is a BIG no. my daughter went in to get a set. she asked for red tips only and came out with nails that look like Christmas. the stones they added were not asked for and they put “stripes” the nails are crooked and lumpy.

Jenee Broadnax I have been here few times and thus far, it has been a great experience. The nail techs are efficient and the service is timely. The place is clean and tidy. I prefer this location over a larger nail salon so I will be returning. Check them out!

S. Wright My pedicure was good. The nails were rushed by the guy doing it. Did not properly do the manicure. Polish peeled after the first day and the did not do a good job on my cuticles

Broussard Alisa (Alisa Eagleton) This place I ventured to with my Mother on a Saturday morning at 11am. No professional that could give us all the services requested. 2 eyebrow maintenance, 1 polish change, 1 manicure, and 2 pedicures. While getting the only service anyone there could do…. Pedicures and manicures…. I saw at least 7 people turned away cause nobody could complete any service. Apparently there is only 2 people that can work with acrylic if any kind, and only one person that can wax eyebrows. 2 techs that can complete these services were off. If I could give a zero I would. The male tech is so rough I could have just fell apart. I will never return my Mom don’t know but she’s about to get a complete change. Horrible just horrible. The reviews are true and real.

Prachiti Shah Very bad service. The guy technician had no manners, had language barrier and tried to file my skin off until I bleed and wasn’t even sorry about it. The staff was pretty rude too, i kept telling them that the nail is not straight and is crooked but no one was bothered to listen and the technician made fun of me saying i am crazy and that my nail is the problem not his work.

Emily Steves I am new to the area and was very hesitant on where to get my nails done. I decided to give Quality Nails a try. Ms. Sophia did my full set manicure and when I tell you she did her thing. She was fast and efficient and I love the way my nails turned out. In addition, I also got a spa pedicure and eyebrow waxing. In total I probably spent about an hour and a half in the shop. I am very happy and please with my results. And I spent less on everything then I would have back home. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Quality Nails.

Slevin Thirteen Y’ALL, I recently visited and had the pleasure of being taken care of by two wonderful ladies. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was outstanding. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered some fantastic suggestions that I ended up loving. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they made sure every nail was perfect. I cant recommend Jade Nail & Spa enough. I will definitely be returning for all my nail care needs. Thank you, to the staff, for an amazing experience!

Hispoet Johnson If I could give zero stars I would! The young lady who did my nails was honestly very nice however my nails look terrible. It’s a joke. I get simple nails very simple with no color. Nothing extra. I wanted a simple nail because I wanted my own nails to grow out. That’s how I get my nails done with just a simple overlay. My nails are crooked, they look terrible. The overlay is just a joke and it just seems like she did not know how to cater to what I desire to have. It took like two days to calm down because I was so angry and disappointed that I actually paid for this. I wanted to go in And really really just express my dissatisfaction, but I didn’t even have the energy to go in there. I was just so disappointed. I can guarantee you that you guys will never get my money again. I’m pretty sure your nail tech messed up my nails, my real nails. With her inability to just follow instructions and do what I asked her to do. $45 for this is a joke. The pictures are 2 days later. Beaumont Texas has some of the worst nail shops on the world. If I go to Houston or Port Arthur it’s never like this. Truly they need to do better

beyonce green I just love this place ! The atmosphere is so soothing. The prices are affordable and not overpriced like other shops. They take their time no cuts, no drill cuts, etc. Ms Linh was so sweet and gave me lots of information on what type of pedicure I was getting. And Mr. Bobby did my massage for my feet and legs he did amazing ! It felt sooooo good and he was gentle but thorough. My feet looks wonderful and my feet are super smooth ! Make sure y’all stop by and experience this wonderful establishment! Thank you guys so much !

Hannah Jannise Below is what I got, and what I showed them (I requested a Gem added) This was amazing! This is the FIRST place to ever do my nails and none of them are crooked, AND they gave me exactly what I wanted. I felt so welcomed and was able to talk with the staff, my friends, and get great service that went above and beyond my expectations. I will only go here from now on. Especially with such a great service at a low price. I never have felt comfortable paying for over priced gems on my nails, but this place knows how to do them, and a great price for them too!

Bre C I love this place! I am here from a different state and needed to start over at a nail place. I have been getting my nails filled and pedicures religiously for years. So a good nail place is a MUST since I go so frequently. I walked into Luxury Nails without an appointment with my mother for pedicures and we got seen right away. They offer drinks while you are getting it done also! I CAN tell you it was the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten (Ive been to my fair share, Im super picky). I had Amy for my pedi and she did amazing! I made an appointment for a few days later to get my nails filled with Amy. Again, it was so great! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. And Amy Rocked my nails! I felt bad because I am so particular about how my nails are done. But Amy was patient and did everything to accommodate what I was wanting. I showed her a photo of what style I wanted and she nailed it! I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! And the prices are amazing!!!! This is absolutely the place I will be coming back to!

Hispoet Johnson I went here and my nails started coming up the next day! I somt think they really listened to my desires for the shape I wanted for my nails either. I spent over $120 and left a $5 tip and the lady had the audacity to make a joke about the tip when in reality I should not have given them squat! But it’s cool I lost $5 they lost 4 clients. Myself and my daughters

Jasmine Flores I’ve been here 3 times. I liked the first and second but the third time I came here was horrible. I told the guy I wanted the deluxe on my pedi and all I got was a leg massage and my toes done. It took 10 minutes and I was charged $67. The lady that did my nails was drilling my nails off really fast it was hurting me, I don’t know what the rush was but she was popping off the nails she literally ripped off the top of my nail and I was bleeding! Like what’s the purpose of the soak off if I’m going to get my real nails ripped off!! Not only that she drilled off my cuticles! My fingers were in pain for days! Never coming back here again.

Breanna Calloway I’ve been several times now, and I have to admit that Ms. Lee (may be spelled differently) has been such a God sent for my nails! She’s absolutely amazing at what she does, kind, and does exactly what I ask each time! Tamara Young I’d become unsatisfied with my 25+ year nail salon and decided to go out on limb and try a new salon. After one visit at The Nail Bar, I was sold! Faye has done an excellent job on my acrylic nails while Minh took great care with my pedicure. Both ladies did so well the first time, I requested them both on my second visit. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Lyndsay Verret I brought my daughter in on a slow day. She had a picture of pink nails she wanted done. The lady told me the price which Ive gone to many different nail solons around town and it was very outragous. So I told tech to do a dlfrench tip style but we wanted tips pink. She still did white then walked off like no big deal. My daughter is 16 trying to teach her when u ask for something you get it done right dont let someone just do what they want. I was very unpleased left with white looking bridal nails none the less not pink. Paud cash bc I didnt want on my credit card. It was $100 wow for the unprofessionalism and wrong color I will not be coming back. I have had 1 other experience w a manicure for myself and the next day paint was chipped coming off. You would think with all the reviews Ive seen they would be changing how they approach theyre customers and giving the experience every other nail salon Ive been to in golden triangle have never been so unsatisfied.

Kiara Louis Honestly, this was my first and would be my last time there. When I’m telling you, I was not satisfied with the service and the customer service were both terrible. And I only got my feet done and I hate how they came out my feet were still hard. The toe length was short. And it felt like it only took her 20 min to do my feet and sadly I feel that I was over charger since I only got the $45 pedicure and it turns out to be $60 so please take my advice and don’t waist your money here like I did. Definitely will not becoming back here.

Gale Nash I used to be a regular client here when l lived here and couldnt wait to go here when I came to visit. This time I was very disappointed. I paid $45 for my individual lashes and woke up the next morning and they had came off like strips and Angel the owner wanted to charge me half price to redo and $10 if l had my own, which l dont think is right. Now my nails the stickers didnt stay on and that was $55 wasted. Im very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I work hard for my money and cant just throw it away. God Bless Your Business but l cant return again

Tamara sauberan I just within 2 minutes ago place to call I havent had my nails done in 10 years I was looking to spend some money and actually get my nails done correctly get a manicure get a pedicure and it says on the Google page that theyre open till 6 when I contacted the young lady I was unceremonious informed very quickly that she was leaving and she cannot accommodate me thats fine I work with customers service I work 60 hours a week first of all can you please be a little nicer to a customer thats going to pay a lot of money since I havent had these Services done for me in a long time second of all secondly you need to update your hours of operation on Google because youre losing money because of that plus whoever I spoke to when I just called with root and lets not forget the fact that you were rude when I called you you could have made $300 today sister you chose to be rude thats okay you have a nice day I would have even paid you for your extra time if you needed to stay late but apparently you dont close till 6 and you just lied to me on the phone and told me you closed now and youre leaving so bad business I wouldnt do business with these people at all and thank you youre dismissed and have a nice day pathetic you need to learn how to run a business lady

Kristena Ferrell The 1st time I went it was a nice shop but this second time. Angel did my lashes I had a few individual lashes left over and she got a hot towel and ripped them off my lashes. She installed lash strips without me knowing and they lifted within an hour of me leaving. Do yourself a favor and try another place save your time and money.

Kat Lemonis Every time I go there, different people charge different prices. For the services on my nails I get..they have charged anywhere from $38- $65. Those r big differences in numbers. I get the same thing every time, and I have had to show them my bank charges to prove they over charge me and make up prices. When I mention it, they lower the price.

Niya Pickett My daughter got her nails done at tic tac and it’s been a week and her nails are lifting and chipping. When we walked in the service has great, but they didn’t cut her nails or cuticles, and they had two people working on her at once. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

Sheila Villarreal Well where should I start the part where I come back after paying for two pedicures two manicures $140 two unprofessional young girls who have No Clue I am thinking this is their parents idea of letting their daughters play business! Well your daughters are playing with my mothers and my money!!! So after they act like they have no clue and obviously all the workers who acted like scared slaves too scared to say anything!!! Cymanthia Ekvall Sorry, maybe the tech was Judy...but she was pleasant and very sweet. I had a manicure with shellac. One nail wouldnt dry, I didnt notice. Three times she reworked it, finally cleaning it well and starting over. I like her and will go back.

VaLyssia Ive been here once and it was quite tiny inside but I loved my nails...Ms. Tu talked to me the whole time and said she wouldnt make my nails too pointy on the ends so I wouldnt scratch her little baby (my daughter). They get pretty crowded after a certain time so you gotta get there early, theyre hot commodity. Overall I loved it.

Tonii Diva Renee They dont do what you ask them to. I asked for clear tips she put what she wanted to put and said she couldnt do the clear tips.i will never go back there. If you want up to date nail art do not go there because you will be disappointed.

Lilith Radish I had my lashes put on individually the gle she used was so hard it scratched the insides of my eyes. I was not explained this and ive tried desperately to remove the lashes because of the pain. In doing so my real lashes are gone. Terrible for individual lashes. DONT DO IT!!!!!

j B I was quoted a price of $45 mani & pedi. Nothing extra $45 The lady tech asked me to pay cash. I replied "Iet me see if I have $45 cash." I told her got it she said ok. Get to end of appointment just before I get my finger nails polished the male tech asked me for $60. The lady came over and said, " I told you 30 and 30" I replied "Dont play me for stupid." I recited back to her everthing include for that price. I stop everything and paid them the $45.00 and told them I will not be back. Also, beware they will try and up charge by adding services you did not ask for.

Sky Smith I wanted medium size French tip, the nails were very very big and fat. The nails were on top of my cuticle it was a hot mess, when I told the lady I didn’t like them she was rude and told me I wasted 2 hours of her time. They need to shut down . Horrible horrible horrible work

Yola Yola Ive been going to Lynn for over 8years and usually the service is pretty decent, but this time will be my last for a pedicure after cutting my skin with them clippers, drew blood and causing an infection. When I told her about the infection she didnt bother to apologize or anything so that tells me a lot on how she feels about her long time customers. Ive recently visited other establishments for a pedicure which are much more cleaner, people are friendly, nice and receive more services for the same price.

I had to come home to finish drying my nails because the Iady put so many unnecessary coats and kept messing up on them..I sat longer to dry my nails and was rushed out but it wasnt my fault my nails were taking so long to dry...Ive also had a pedicure there before and that sucked too(just being honest) I made my last visit there today

Tremesha Bell Went in today for a pedicure & I feel as if the lady servicing me intentionally cut the skin off my freaking toe, I asked her about the gnats flying around.. & next thing you know, she literally yanked my skin with the little scissor cutters. (Ouch!) Overall nice people, & normally fast service when I go, but today was most likely my last time going. Youre not getting my money + my tip to cut all my darn skin off.

Samantha Brooks My 9 year old daughter received a basic pedicure and manicure. Zero extras what so ever. Her feet basically just soaked in water and they trimmed her cuticles. I got charged $65 for that. At checkout there was another $20 charge, $10 for my gel polish, $10 for my daughters. 0 removal was done. and I was charged $6 extra for the hot wax that came with the pedicure package I selected. I brought that to their attention and the woman was very hostile and kept saying “I know nothing”. I kept trying to explain that I was never asked if I wanted the wax for extra $ and that it came with the pedicure I selected. The man who did my pedicure did a good job, but if you do go, I would pay attention to your ticket when paying and to their actual prices. That was our first time and we will not be returning.

Lacy “foodie2015” Honestly. This place is not great at all. i went in for a new set, and it was my first time coming here, i’m not impressed, and highly unsatisfied. My nails were very rushed, the man doing them was obviously ready to leave (i was there at 6:15ish they close at 8). The shape is off, my skin was cut, he didn’t trim my natural nails down, and the color isn’t what i asked for but when i said that i wanted a darker color i was ignored. I didn’t notice until today (day after nails done) that he didn’t even put the top coat on all of my nails. Parts of my nails are missing too coat and they’re rough. It felt like it was a burden for me to be there paying them for services. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and their waxing bed is nasty! there were nail clippings, powder, and what seemed to be food particles on the bed.

LaToshia LeBlanc This place does horrible work !!! I paid $97 for the most terrible looking nails && toes . My nails are shaped uneven , there is a gap between my real nail && the fake one . I got white tips on my toes . The white lines are uneven && clumpy , done very poor . I paid $12 for a take off of my original shellac on my toes . It took all of 2 minutes to do . This place is over priced && does horrible work . If you’re going to charge prices like tht then Get Better Nail Technicians !!!! Tht can do quality work !!! My first time there && my last !!!! DO NOT GO !!!

Kailey Blanton if i could give it zero stars i would. i knew we should’ve walked out by the smell of it when we first walked in, it smelt like mold and like it was dirty but it was the closest place at the time. certainly not a normal smell for a nail salon obv. i went in with acrylic nails on and just wanted gel. first he tried to just rip off the acrylic from my nail with cuticle scissors,, without soaking or drilling anything and it hurt so bad. i jerked and he then proceeded to ask someone to go get a bowl to soak them. he was so aggressive with my hands and nails and just seems like he was in a rush and they weren’t even busy there was maybe 5 or 6 other people were in there. he let me get up like this to leave and we had already been there and with everything that had happened i didn’t want to stay any longer. the lady at the front desk told me it’s her job to not let me leave and that someone could fix it in 15 minutes… i chose not to and walked out, i wanted to be polite but i was so uncomfortable already with him asking me my age, if i had a boyfriend and where i lived. i would highly advise not to go to this salon. these pictures were taken not even 30 minutes after leaving the salon.
