Kathleen Fox I can’t say enough positive about this salon and my stylist, Ashley! You walk into this sweet country Salon, reminding me of years ago when I’d go with my grandma to have her weekly appointment to get her hair “set”. Sat down on this cute antique sofa, listened to the lovely elder ladies talk about great grandbabies and deals on flowers. Ashley!!!! Thank you for hearing me, and not being scissor happy on my extra long hair. Your were patient and proficient, I love my hair cut and style! Great salon, great price; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terri I love Dana! Im not easy to please when it comes to a haircut, but I showed him a picture, and he nailed it!!

Bobbie Hall I am a curly hair specialist at this salon. The owner is an angel to work with. The atmosphere is so beautiful. It reminds me of a vintage dress shop. I love it!

NaTaska Cumby Best barber in town! He always does a great job on my 5 yr old cut. Edge up always clean and crisp! I also use his hair/beard oil for mine and my daughters scalp and it’s AMAZING. Our scalp and hair is so much healthier. I even have Alopecia and my hair has grown so much!

Emilie Dearing Swerve does a great job on my boys & is very patient with them (3 & 5 yrs old). Their fades & edges come out clean & crisp every time. The boys always get compliments & we always refer back to Swerve! Easy to book an appointment also!

Jordan Carr I’m so so so thankful for Jaedyn handling my frantic calls and texts about needing hair for my wedding. I’m not from the area and to say I was in a panic is an understatement. Sara, who actually did my hair is an absolute sweetheart. She took her time making sure I was happy each step along the way and even offered to come out if I had a hair emergency. My hair lasted all day in 100 degree whether with me dancing. I mean I couldn’t have asked for a better group of ladies. I would HIGHLY recommend them. The picture was my hair at the end of the night after 12ish hours

brettany baugh Absolutely IN LOVE with my hair now! Lera is amazing and I’ve been using her for years but today we tried something new for me. She was so patient and answered all my questions and ultimately, did a stellar job on my extensions! The salon is also super clean, well kept, professional, and decorated to the top. I will continue to drive from Dallas just to get my hair done.

Mandy Clark I absolutely love it here. Friendly environment by all. I am a total procrastinator and waited until the last minute to schedule an appointment to get my makeup done for a wedding but Kaitlyn saved the day and at a drop of a dime got me an appointment at her salon. These ladies are always upbeat and so fun to cut up with while I’m there for my appointment♥️ Definitely recommend this salon to all!!!

She even ordered stuff she didnt have for me. Cute collection of clothes, shoes, sunglasses, hair accessories. Only place I found in athens with wig tape!!! Highly recommend this business.

Apple Red Not even a one star... I brought a Wahl shaver brand new, and when I opened it, it had alot of broken pieces and they didnt wanna take it back when I even took my receipt.

Bonnie Lasko Good products but some of the girls are a little rude, not all of them though. Make sure you don’t forget to put that mask on, they will give you the what for look!

kim botschon Always easy to get appt. Clean and friendly. I drive in 200 miles every couple of weeks and always have Anna cut my hair, well worth the wait.

Lauren Green I had a sugar bikini wax by Rhonda today. She is great and I will definitely be back! This was the least painful bikini wax I’ve ever had. I love that the products she uses are completely natural and made in Texas. Rhonda demonstrated how she waxes before performing on me and then worked with me to make sure I got the results I wanted. Very professional and fun to talk with too!

Jo Ann Johnson The microderm facial I received at Beautiful U was one of the best I have ever received. Rhonda is very knowledgeable about skincare and made some excellent recommendations about additions to my skincare routine. I wholeheartedly recommend you give Beautiful U an opportunity to pamper your skin. And while you’re at The Retreat, make a day of it and have a massage!

geminijohn These guys are all absolutely the most well versed and educated in the cosmetology community in Henderson County. Tere Paul J-son & Kristal are also some of the friendliest professional Ive dealt with. The environment theyve created inside this old house is so ZEN you would never know it from just driving by but if you get in with one of them you immediately feel that youve just become privy to one of the best kept secrets in town. Even the shampoo sinks are AWESOME!

T Wall They have many professional years of experience between the husband, Paul, and wife, Teri, team. Recently Teri the “Te” in Te’Pa, offers Vampire Facials with your own stem cells, products for hair restoration including hair lasers and free consultations. They have helped me regrow thinning hair. I am very grateful.

Faith Baker Love Love Love her!!! She’s so nice and so easy to talk to plus she does an amazing job with my wax! She makes it where it doesn’t even hurt. Shes so educated and helps educate me on what to do for aftercare and is so judgement free! I can’t wait to go to her for my lashes Edit she did my lashes and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them!! It was my first time but she made me so comfortable and so informed every step of the way and I love the look!!

Amy Leigh My daughter went in today to get an all around color by Melissa. She was amazing, treated my daughter well, and was very friendly. My daughter is in love with her hair. We definitely recommend her for any of your hair needs. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure you walk away from her chair with exactly what you’re wanting.
